That was Miami style defense.

I fought a 6 month old baby this morning. I looked dominant in dismantling her. Slapped that soft spot until she tapped out.

Pretty sure I redeemed myself at the playground from that sucker punch loss I took to that 6 year old last year. Everyone was cooing when I was putting it down on that little bytch this morning.

I know the parents at that park were mad, but really, when's the last time you held any opponent to that few landed punches? ANY OF EM?

Yall are right. We shouldn't be optimistic about the approach on defense last night. Let's all get hyped about how awesome Gray and Walton looked against Bethune Cookman though.

Agreed. If history has shown us anything withHolden, it's that his teams won't get results but there will be some exciting, talented playmakers to watch.

The point you ****heads are missing is that it's the APPROACH that is exciting, not just the yardage or whatever else. The mentality was different.

The defensive approach last night was more Miami-like than anything we've done previously.

If you wanna say that we're gonna resort back to our old ways against another opponent, by all means. I'm betting that we stay this way.

Or you could use the same criteria regarding Gray and Walton that you do with this defense?

Let's just ignore the defense that our "defensive braintrust" has been utilizing for their entire coaching careers and jerk off to the "approach" they used against Bethune Cookman.

We ran this same **** during that small stretch last year when people were getting hyped. Really, has everyone forgotten that?

We didn't have a very aggressive approach in our 3 game win streak last year?

That's what I'm doing, jerking my junk with a lube called Optimism.

Fair as ****.

I remember the VT game in particular.

Some of us were saying that it was the worst VT team in years. (similar to saying this is BETHUNE)

Others were pumping similar lines to today: "But we have never seen this aggressive of an approach from Dorito/Golden"

I love the cats that complain about our SAM linebacker "covering" slot receivers. Flexing out, being 1x2 inside shade is not "covering" a receiver. Maybe you gentlemen should define covering for us.

They don't know anything about football. They think because a LB is out there that he's "covering" the WR.

These idiots don't know that you need to be an elite level coach to understand that a LB chasing around a slot receiver technically doesn't qualify as "covering him."

Us Xs and Os gurus know what's really going on out there. The other ninwits just trust their eyes.

post some video of our SAM backer chasing around a slot receiver.

When's the last time we held anybody to a 80-150 yardage total?

Anybody!

FAMU had 124 yards on us last year. MAJOR DEFENSEIVE PROGRESS!

FAMU won 3 games last year.

You asked when the last time we held anybody to 80-150 yards and I told you. You even emphasized anybody. Now you're trying to argue about the quality of an FCS opponent. LMAO.
I hope he doesn't suck as badly at coaching high school as he does following his own "arguments."

His team lost 12-2 to MacArthur this week lmao.

Big difference I also see is the depth. Even when the starters were out near the end, the back-ups were still dominating w/o a drop off. I understand this was BCU but even they managed to score against FSU's defense a couple of years ago.

I'm not on the staff, ****, I just help out occasionally. Last time I coached against MacArthur my defense didn't allow a 1st down the whole game.
Have fun sitting on your couch though.

The point is he shouldnt be doing anything else besides attacking and rushing the dam qb. why the **** would you put someone with his talent/skill set in that position in the first place? he doesnt need to be coveriing sht not the wr not the dam middle not no dam zone none of that. use somebody else for that sht. maybe if this wasnt folden's MO it wouldnt be such a big deal. the problem is we know that he has no clue what he is doing with the defense.

What is McCord's skill set? more importantly, what position is he playing? you really have no point here because he fulfills the job required by the SAM linebacker just like Owens does.

So you aren't even good enough At coaching football to be a full time coach at a school that lost 12-2 to The MacArthur Mustangs?

That's exactly what it is, bro! I mean, it couldn't possibly have anything to do with other priorities that I currently have going on in my life, right?! It's simply that I'm not good enough to coach anywhere. I went from having the 9th ranked defense in Broward last year to not even being able to find a coaching position this year. I forgot everything that I knew from all those years of producing top-10 defenses during my past positions at Western.

what is mccords skill set? are you serious? lets give him a look at safety too while your at it. lmao fk fulfilling a job let that mfker do what he does best. get after the dam qback. its a simple concept not that complicated. and people wonder why our defense sucks, too busy doing their job instead of playing to their strengths. i guess their job is to give up 500 yards a game. they have been doing a great job of that..keep up the good work!! lmao
