Right, but you implied Mario was following what he learned about team building from Butch more than so Saban, when that is antithetical to everything Mario has said and also just doesn’t make much sense considering Butch amassed his talent over 20 years ago and recruiting has changed tremendously since.

Jacobs is overhyped. An overhyped Trent Richardson. Haven't heard much from Damien Harris, only Bama back that's worth talking about besides Shaun Alexander and Freight train Henry on that list is Najee and I'm not sold on him, either.
Jeudy, he's good, but he has the drops. Maybe a change of scenery from Denver to a good team and we can asses this one later. Ruggs gonna end up playing with Adam Sandler and Steve Austin in jail. NO DEVONTA SMITH SLANDER. Slim Reaper would've ate with our 98-00 Canes. Waddle... I mean...
Irv is good, but I can name a lot of TEs better than him.
Surtain Jr may be a HOF CB. I like him.
Diggs is the Jamie's Winston of DBs. I don't know about the other 2, so that tells you what I think about em.

Bama has a system. Many former Bama players say that, then say it's easy when the go pro. They kinda take it for granted and some slack off.
That 98-00 roster were full of kids who wanted it and were dogs. They were misfits. They wanted to prove everyone wrong. They were angry mfers who felt the world was against them and wanted to prove everyone wrong. Then go to the NFL and dominated. Butch taught them kids not to take that for granted. They were just built different when they put that U on.
It's expected to win at Bama, they didn't expect us to won and didn't want us to win, it's just different. But that 2018 Bama team ain't got **** on that 98-00 team.
