Our coaches are **** leaders. They can’t get anyone to buy in. One minute Tate is winning effort awards every week during the offseason and bringing much needed work ethic to the QB room according to the coaches. Then after being around these shytball coaches for a few months he’s an Instagram QB and a fraud.

The coach apologist will never figure it out , Chise.

They think we can stroll out with any bullshyt plan and win if we try hard. We have talent, but not enough to just go through the motions. There is so much parity now, even the stacked teams can’t take games for granted.

When you listen to these guys talk, then watch the situations they put their players in game to game, it becomes obvious why the team isn’t buying in.

Then you see Enos all confused, frantically flipping through play sheets and Manny shaking hands with Butch with his face looking like he just walked in on Lex Steele piping his ole lady. It makes you realize winning with this staf will require a miracle on par with Moses at the Red Sea.

Actually, we do have enough talent to beat GT, FIU and Duke by just "going through the motions." This staph is so brutally horrid that they can't even "go through the motions." Worse case scenario this season was 8-5 with a bowl loss. Somehow these a-holes managed 6-7. It's unfathomably bad coaching.

I agree with you man! We literally have 3 4 star QBs and not of of them is good enough to run the offense?! This is bad coaching and turrible scheme. Fix the OL is what needs to be the focus!
 
Idk how anyone can make full evaluation of these qb in this ****** system but whatever. And yes players & coaches should be held accountable. I just don’t agree with passive aggressive shît that Diaz and his staff do. Diaz needs to learn how to not talk unnecessarily.

Bruh, it’s ho ****.

Now if we see all the ho **** these coaches doing and talking, just imagine what’s going on in the meeting rooms and on the practice field.

They throwing all trust, credibility, and good will put the window and won’t have a clue why it fell apart until they get fired.

This really is like Groundhog Day. I think the coaches need to watch the movie, because that is what we the fans are going through.
coaching, coaching coaching. Spare the rod spoil the child, they don’t know how to coach and there is no accountability or discipline. If they are trained right that does not happen. After this year we will be back to looking for anew coach.
this staff is like free range parents, let them do what ever.
