STUBBLEFIELD

Not gonna crown Stubblefield off 1 game where receivers caught the ball well and ran away from some poor DBs. Compare the route-running display in the Bama-LSU game to Miami's receivers and it's night and day. Today we saw competence from the WRs but they're a long way from polished.

those dudes have all made plays

they’ve also cleaned up all those drops

stop hating bro this unit is night and day better than last year

Yeah man, they've all made plays...but inconsistent on a game to game basis. Not sure how pointing that out is hating. You just wanna slurp dudes, go ahead and slurp.

QBs have been in and out...

oline has been an abortion... leading to next to zero time

notice a trend with better QB and Oline play has led to much better WR production

I don't think he understands that consistency is in many ways a product of how well a player grasps/understands the system.

Not gonna lie....credit to Butch Barry also oline looks much improved

Truth. Not that my personal sentiments mean anything but I wanted at minimum him to be the first of a few firings. Now I'm open to hoping this recent progression continues and reversing course on that venom.

got passed up by better players. wiggins harley all proving why theyre playing. add KJ and JT as well.
Brian Hightower was stiff as **** couldnt create separation at the top of routes..watch how 8 ran that post today..took a outside release, stacked em, stemed the route, then created the separation..hits head on the goalpost

It’s been improving all season. If you watch how these guys are releasing, using their hands at the LOS and running their routes..Bama and LSU each have 3 1st round talent WRs on their current roster..we don’t have that

Pope still sucks. He needs to redshirt and work on his body. He has no ability to keep his feet on any contact, among other physical limitations.

Right now he's just a t-shirt all american.

What sometimes seems to be lost in the shuffle is that this is an entirely new offensive staff and offensive system. Couple that with most of the O starters are underclassmen not only learning a new system but different techniques as well.
We all hoped to see improvement throughout the season and it looks like that is happening.

Don’t say that, everyone was so busy sucking off brooklyndee they didn’t realize it. Now we know why he hated Cooney and loved Dugans. Dugans played favorites and the current coaching staff wasn’t having it.

nah team quit and theyre sabotaging players. were just too busy flipping burgers

One game? lol. Were you on Mars last week? Stubblefield has saved his job based on his development of Wiggins alone! The kid is coming into his own before our eyes. Give the man his props. It won’t hurt.
