This is kinda cool too.

Depends what they buy, right? I guess we’ll have to wait and see how it’s used. Until then a floor has been made at $21 and $15.60 respectively.

You are basically saying this is the next Berkshire but of technology. Forget the fact that Google, Microsoft, Apple, etc etc aren’t rolling up **** and actually KNOW technology.

Again…speculation vs investing

Is GME profitable? How many quarters before they are eligible for s&p? Is q4 usually their best quarter? Let’s see what happens.

Remove all the speculative investors who are gambling on the stock…they are a store that does have a P&l statement and you wouldn’t invest in it. Once the speculative investors came in due to the shorters bad positioning, it became a game of speculation vs investing. Who is going to do what next vs what is the bottom line of the stores, assets…

Sorry if you believe in speculative investing. It is a guessing game on the market NOT actual investing. If you want to invest, pick a stock that has reason to grow beyond the masses wanting/hoping it will grow.

For example, data centers are going to drive massive power demand. Utilities will profit tons BUT those building power plants, nuclear, and infrastructure are likely the biggest winners.

Then you have the ai companies using the data centers. Then you have the tech companies using AI correctly. Then you have more speculative things that could break like some of the block chain companies, risky for those that don’t know how it works or who is involved, not as risky for those that do…

Almost one year ago I posted Capital One would be a good investment and why. It is up 40-50%. The logic was simple and I believe it is still going to grow more. They still need to turn a much bigger profit but that could be any quarter as they start to turn on discovers network for more cap one transactions vs MC/Visa.

Not every investment needs to be a 10x. Just beat the 7% and you are doing great.

Personally, I wish the government would address some of the shorting, illegal trading, insider trading. I’d also like to see more opportunities for smaller investors to buy into private companies like SpaceX, X, AI companies…

How about a “trust me bro”?

Maybe I’m too old for that and pause…
I’m only a decade behind you. I’m a 00s cane. The trust me bro is the miami scam. The dude runs off with your money. It was just a tongue in cheek comment.

I’m not here to convince anyone of what to invest in. Everyone has their own strategy. I wouldn’t come to a canes message board for financial advice. I’m not a financial adviser. This is not financial advice.

Don’t try to crush my dreams of MOASS.

For every Tesla there are Rivians, lucid, mullins, polestar.

GME is on its way.
BBBY is on its way
I won’t push DJT as there is lots of TDS on the board. But they are going to be a player in financials.

Understand. I'm also not one and only play one with my family's money. HA

Everyone has different risk appetites. I have a very high one, but I'm also a tech exec so I could do another start-up if I absolutely needed. Instead, I live a great life and manage my risk via several investments... ironically, real estate being the biggest.

Think I’m gunna buy some more Costco. Ultimately just gunna get on great companies.

The Medical companies are alll still pretty bad in terms of stock performance. Think that’s gotta turn eventually.

Why buy Costco? I own some and to me it’s done good but it’s stuck between 900-980. Unless the stock splits I don’t see the value. Also frequent shopper there so I know they do well as I spend a ton there. Just figure better margins elsewhere..

Cmurri finally got me to bite in the mining stock today. Maybe late but let’s see

Ultimately I just think it's a great company and long-term I think they'll be more successful than their competitors. My more general strategy for individual stocks is a lot to do with just who I view as the best, and long term I find it generally works out. Especially when you buy in when it's trading at about $910 which is what like 18% below it's all time high, and financially the company is healthy.

mining stock, I looked into that one I think, but think it was the foreign one, and I wasn't too interested in paying the fees on it. I am interested if anyone has any Lithium Mining stock suggestions though. Probably in about a year we're probably going to have supply shortage with batteries again I think for EVs and Stationary Storage... I would say Nickel is good for that too, but stationary storage and cheap EVs will probably be the biggest grower, and that'll primarily be LFP battery cells.... Probably LAC or ALB

If you use E*Trade. The fee for otc is 6.95 vs Schwab $50. I opened an account Just for that stock on. E*Trade. At worst, I can buy my Nintendo shares there as well. E*trade takes 3 days to load up which sucks but was able to buy more a couple weeks ago at .1899, .20 and .214 with low fees.

And regarding that stock today. Pretty exciting stuff with gold consistently hitting ATHs.

Wow $RKLB up 10% today. Should have bought even more RocketLab. Up 62% over the last month since I bought (Up 70% in the last month, 120% over last 3 months)

This is still a long term play. It's at ATH, but imo, Peter Beck is just a guy you put your money on to win.

And as SpaceX keeps getting higher and higher valuations (Currently ~20x the market cap of Rocket lab!), and there is no possibility of investing in Blue Origin, and these old companies like ULA/Boeing keep slowly dying in Space (Ula has been on the market for someone to buy for a while now).... Your only option as a publicly traded company to buy is RocketLab.

RocketLab continuing to cook.

Like I said only new school publicly traded Space company that is really great imo. Can’t buy SpaceX or Blue Origin. Eventually imo RocketLab is gunna make ULA go out of business more than SpaceX already has.
