Government shutdown…Tariffs on China
It’s impossible for most investors to be totally out of stocks. When Trump announces a deal, stocks will rise. Investors that got in late got slaughtered.
 
Rare earth..China is not only holding back the precious minerals, but also the technology and equipment to mine it…
 
China is dominant in Rare Earth technology. We will catch up eventually, but they have the experience and knowledge. They have patented machinery and processes and licenses. We are far behind and it’s a dirty business.. this is not going to be easy.

Sing me some Chinese work songs bro…you got to separate those rare earths and we do not have the technology yet. It’s a dirty, filthy process. The Chinese don’t care if they poison the land or it’s people.

We are just now testing separation machinery and again, the process is very dirty and difficult and will need to meet environmental requirements.

Not sure what qualifies as a Trump investment. By they I think you mean DJT. It is DRS’d. They are fine and dandy. My largest holding and am awaiting lift off.

Thesis hasn’t changed. DJT long term hold. Cash equivalent is over 5B. Not burning through cash. Truth.fi ETF coming out any point next quarter. Waiting for the right time for m&a. I might add a little more. Holding over $150k in it.

UMAC (Trump jr) - doing well
Pew threw less than $100 at it. Holding on to it. Profitable company but maybe I misread that valuation.
Public square- didn’t throw a lot at it but have doubled down at $1.65
$trump coin- still hold my 16 coins I got at $10

Not sure if you are including Tesla as a “Trump investments”. Or Intel, drone, rare earth or nuclear stocks (don’t own Intel- wish I bought). Wish I bought oklo.

Closed stores mean more efficiency. They are switching away from their drive thrus back to dine in. The current under $80 price, I think is a solid entry point longterm. I don’t own any Chinese stocks.
I think Starbucks might surprise.
