Stephen Morris and Jacory Harris are at UM's practice today

Why anybody would attack either kid is beyond me? But then some of our "fans" attacked Ryan Clement and Scott Covington when we were not so good in the mid-90s. Go look at Jim Kelly's college career stats and Stephen's and Jacory's are much better than his.

Didn't Clement finish a game with a broken collar bone? Beast

Morris played an entire season while being badly injured. You could see it in his drop back and throws. Can't hate on a warrior...even if they didn't provide the greatest moments they are still family and played their hearts out.

it was very frustrating to see them play QB at the U and i cursed them often, but now they are alums, part of the U family and I welcome them back with open arms. May they live long and prosper.

All the HATERS on this thread!! Grown *** men who's HATING on those kids!!! They are not criminals, but yet they're being talked about in that tone like they are! Any haters on this thread want to say they are better athletes than those two? When you were their age, could you play the position better??? HATERS KILL YOURSELVES!!!

I SEE COACHES HATING ON THESE KIDS! SMDH! Go Canes!!!

Fisch maximized their talent. Coley was learning on the job. J12 had heart and CONFIDENCE. Morris started playing bad after Duke got hurt. A lot of y'all are idiots. They're kids. Who put it on the line for the U.

******* pathetic the stuff being said in here.

Some of you need to get a ******* grip.

People tend to forget relevant facts when those facts do not support their point of view. Especially when they have an axe to grind. Both of those boys gave their heart to THE U, got the crap beat out of them in games, put records in the UM history books and still rep the U proudly even when some of its own fanbase doesn't support it without side bashing. It's what makes us Unique...its what makes us the U. Gotta except it all whether you like it or not. Regardless, they are Canes, they are family and they always will be welcome. Stay Classy Peepz

Go look at Jim Kelly's college career stats and Stephen's and Jacory's are much better than his. Bottomline, Fisch did a nice job protecting Jacory in 2011 and Stephen in 2012. Stephen's issue last year was he got hurt mid-season and we lost our best offensive player in Duke and then we starting losing our best wide outs at the end of the season.

Shannon should profusely apologize to Jacory. It was his inability to manage a college football roster that destroyed any chance Jacory had to play at the next level. Because there were no competent back up quarterbacks on the roster, Jacory had to play with a separated shoulder of his throwing arm instead of properly resting and recuperating - causing his arm never to fully recover.

The fact that Jacory never publicly brought this up is a testament to his character.

Dorsey and Berlin showing up today instead of these two would have me feeling a little less concerned right now.

Lay off these cats man. At the end of the day they are still Brothers of the U. Some of you guys act as if we never had great moments or good times under these guys. There are things they did well, and things that they did not. Before Brad Kaaya leaves, im sure we will have a fair share of critics on him as well. So be easy, let them give guidance to the kid. He will is a true freshman after all.

I believe he had a third degree separation. Covington had a concussion from the East Carolina game the week before for Ryan played. Ryan literally couldn't lift his arm. That's the famous Tremain Mack blocked punt game at West Virginia.
