Stat that floored me

Seriously, can we make that a thing?

@Andrew ?
@DMoney ?
to embody the spirit of democracy and transparency, however, we need to submit this badge to the fellow peoples of CIS in the form of a poll. if a majority find that the candidate is a mope, he gets a mope badge for 3 months. if his/her mopey attitude improves, the mope can submit a request for removal of the badge and we will re-submit him/her to a second poll. if the second poll finds a mopey attitude, the mope badge because for life.

i believe this procedure conforms to the US and the Florida Constitution and therefore is legal, binding, constitutional and enforceable.

/need some lawyers to confirm, since i am only an attorney

The cane on cane violence is increasing around here at an exponential rate usually reserved for when we are actually in the midst of another 8-4 season...
🤔
But you're the ones literally acting like we just came off a 7-5 season and are about to have a 6-6 season.... so...

fwiw, he played against really soft comp but hes a third year guy not a sophomore. with how highly rated he was recruited, he should be starting this year, but he got overtaken by a JUCO OT transfer.

also can we stop with the bell is a first rounder right now. there is nothing that has him in the first round in any projections. can he be that? yes, but he has to improve on the field.

I wish ppl would use their eyes vs. emotions. Bell was a liability last year. When Rivers came back to fortify the left side, he played better, but he was still one of the worst graded OTs in the nation. He’s stiff af, & easily gets beat by the speed rush.

Like I said many of times, Cam’s innate ability to improvise, including being Houdini avoiding sacks, made some of our OL #’s look way better than they were, particularly from his blindside. Actually, I want to give a shout out to the staff in helping & eradicating Cam’s fumble issues, b/c bro could’ve easily lost fumbles several times last yr.

But yeah, The Bell = 1st Rd talk needs to stop. He needs to vastly improve this season. It’s also y I vehemently disagreed w Rivers being drafted so late, b/c he helped a whole lot on that left side.

Prob @JADood
Didn’t say anything about Cantwell. The only thing that has changed is I’m more confident with Russell since he was offered by Jai. But I wasn’t wrong about Pepe to USC and it’s still looking like Cooper is gonna be a battle with UGA.

Bell is going to need to take a step. I think he will because he's a worker, but it's still a projection. You can see the variability in his pass rush grades game-to-game from dominant to poor. When he gets beat he looks stiff, but when he locks in he can block a guy forever.

I would compare Bell to the LTs for Oregon and Ohio State: Isaiah World (Nevada transfer) and Ethan Onianwa (Rice transfer). Both guys are giants who graded poorly (far below Bell) in 2023 but made big leaps in 2024. Now, they are starting for the best teams in America as projected pros.

The first round talk on Bell came from inside the building and is just normal offseason excitement. Realistically, I would say Day 3 right now with a very good chance to move up from there. I personally would bet on him- give me guys with physical traits and a hunger to learn.

As per usual, you don't know **** about the recruitment of the guys you just mentioned. You are just wrong, all the time, every time.
