The CIS contract and real estate legal scholars that believe we could break a lease because a game against FAMU had to be moved as Ross provides $400 mil in lipstick to his pig without cost to us care not about the triviality of actually having a viable alternative to play at. Just break that lease!.......then be forced to sign another one at a rate that a ****ed off Ross sets.

I've never been of the mindset that Shalala's 1000 yr lease would actually be a huge deterrent in us moving out of there but ya kinda need to have done a little legwork in actually having an alternative. Blake being open to someone gifting us space at another place one day ain't exactly that.

You mimic what I say, post, etc. Not surprising considering you clearly score in every category for Autism Spectrum Disorder (you likely scale towards High Functioning Autism). One of my staff members is actually writing a research paper on HFA and internet use, they are going to pm you and invite you to participate in a study. Your posts are predictable and have responded accordingly to how we set you up going on 3 weeks now.

It's cruel to demean and insult someone with your disability, my regrets I didn't catch it sooner. Can only try to help.

Regarding the stadium I don't believe it will be "ready" by our first game, i.e., there will be a bunch of unfinished stuff cosmetically and otherwise.

But as long as it's been inspected to be safe for the fans, the games will go on.

It may look ugly on TV and in person. It may need paint and a bunch of finishing touches. There may be some exposed beams, and the like. All the concession and bathrooms may not be finished. And on and on. But as long as they can get the field ready the locker room is ready, and make it safe for the attendees. That is all that's necessary.

My guess is, it won't be ready from a completion and cosmetic standpoint, but it will be ready for people to attend games. Just a bunch of stuff that will remain to be done that they'll try to work on during the nongame days and after the season.

As long as it's it's safe and up to code, the games will be played. It may look like ***, but they'll take that hit.

I don't think the Dolphins are the worst in the NFL but they're among the bottom tier franchises. From their front office, to stadium, uniforms, etc. just ****** all around. This is a franchise that caters more towards Broward fans than Miami fans. Figure that out.
