Spring Practice 4/10 - Early Portion Notes

That security guard needs to be fired immediately. If homie don't know who Ed Reed is, he's either a gaytor, or he's stupid af. Either way, we can't have him. Reminds me of the Casino scene where DeNiro fires the gambling commission boss's nephew who was supposed to be in charge when the slot machines went wild. "He's either in on it, or he's incompetent, either way, I can't have him".

************ can't be asking the GOAT for credentials.... GTFOH.

Your the only person who captured the accurate response to the article. Qb rotation offensive line play blah blah blah. Ed Reed stopped by security ah **** naw.

Exactly, I'm sitting here reading this thread like, what the **** all these boys just read the same **** I did? Where the **** is the outrage???

He has no idea. Dude is just a miserable person. Even when we were undefeated last year he was crying and complaining.

I fully expect Boulware to start, and I think Scaife will be ready by the Fall. Are people really going to say this OL will be terrible?

LT: St Louis
LG: Scaife/Jones/Mahoney/Gaynor
C: Gauthier
RG: Boulware
RT: Donaldson

I'm not ready to pencil Boulware in as a starter just yet. He only started 4 games at UT and hasn't learned our system yet, so there's not a lot for me to think he will step right in and secure the job.

What i am surprised about is not seeing a lineup yet that had Gaynor at C and Gauthier at LG. With all the shuffling thus far, and the hype Gaynor had after last year, i would have expected that over Jones.

What say you OG? Undefeated season, 1-2 loss? Without a stand out QB especially I see a similar season as last year. Not going out on a limb much here.

We don’t need a standout QB to improve on last season. Just give me the QB who makes the best decisions and has the best accuracy.

We don’t need a savior under Center.

The times he got beat it was more due to technique than speed. There isn't much room in the interior line, speed is usually not a huge factor. He struggled some with footwork & hand placement like most True FR OL. I think he ends up at RT eventually

i dont he got beat by speed..when he was tired and had lazy feet. Cant do that on the outside

Im expecting a similar season to last. Win coastal and end in a new years bowl except we get the DUB this time. Even with all our "issues" we are still more talented than just about everyone on the schedule. CMR just has to be more creative on offense.

Searles is out there coaching for his life. Richt’s patience for not having a consistent push in the run game after 2 seasons in Coral Gables is running thin. I’m not at all advocating for the hot seat with Searles, just don’t think Richt goes into next season under the same management if the o-line doesn’t improve. Searles disposition and urgency speaks to this expectation level.

wheres Herbert? shouldnt he be the one stepping up to fill the rt spot?
