South Florida '21- The WRs

If Lashlee's offense shows the ability to spread the ball around and score points, I believe we'll be in play for more of these kids than we originally thought.

We have to finally become a reflection of our surroundings, a microcosm of the city. High-flying, point-scoring, backflip celebrating, sons of guns...WOOOOO!

No more of this three-yards-and-a-cloud-of-dust bullsh!t.

Aren't those the same highlights DMoney provided above?

Thought I posted the sophomore highlights. Because he has improved a ton. But you're right.

He was always a good athlete and looked the part, but he's really been developed...gotten a lot tougher, too. He used to hate contact, never fought for the ball, never fought for yards. Was more of a 7v7 type of kid. But he's really matured and taken football seriously and is looking like a legitimate Power 5 kid who has gotten hardened. Always played with good players, too and finally got on their level. Great to see.

Killings looks very good to be...May like him better than Rutherford if we are looking for a jitterbug, both are sleepers. Roscoe Gibson decent too, and taller so that's one thing...but for sheer elusiveness, possible punt return guy, I think I lean Killings? At least off these hudls

Fred isnt that small either. He has solid size and frame.

Why do you think he has no offers? Makes no sense to me.

Him and Rutherford seem like the best candidates to be the next unheralded WR/PR that develops into a true impact player.

overshadow last year by Damian Alford. He wasnt a focal point int he offense at all. Then he transferred schools again. He's been at Miramar, Mcarthur, now Western (even though thats normal for south florida) Hes really a Mcarthur kid. Mca qbs all graduated so maybe he can be a focal out at Western with the soph qb they have.

To me he should have group of 5 offers right now, SPRING woulda been big for alot of borderline types.

Bruh.... soft face?! :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
Butch has reportedly offered. Anyways, he's gonna have better offers come his way, as his signing day gets closer.
Had not heard of him and the previous competition may be suspect but his film looks really good. Looks very fast and tough. Good move to transfer to Heritage and play better competition to prove himself. If he is legitimately running 4.4 at his size and hands, he will have a lot of P5 offers.

One guy I didn't mention in my write-up but deserves attention: Samaurie Dukes from Miami High. Explosive slot receiver and corner with a USF offer:

As for his Cane recruitment, Brinson says “I talk to Miami coaches every day - a whole group chat with the whole offensive staff with coach (Manny) Diaz. It’s messaging and Zoom calls with them.”

He says the message he gets from the Cane coaches is that “This is my city, I need to come there, turn the program around, get everyone on board.”

Brinson says his response when UM coaches tell him that is simple: “You’re right, coach!”

Jaden Alexis reminds me a lot of James White from the New England Patriots. Obviously White lines up in the backfield quite a bit but is primarily a receiving back. Similar body types and change of direction ability

Jacolby George is definitely pullable.
What’s y’all fascination with small WRs? Can’t y’all tell that unless they got 4.3-4.35 speed then they’re useless unless they’re 6’0 or taller? This isn’t 2002, small WRs are not able to match up with the bigger corner being used today.
