Well the family may be trying to pay now to save their careers but it's too late

Didn't Juwon Young say that he thought everyone would be able to pay the rental car agency back and move on? If the bills were paid in full by family members, why would the players need to pay the rental car agency?

...and you actually believe them?

Muhammad's family has money that should be okay and within the NCAAs policy since he has receipts and stuff but who knows

C'mon, don't be so naive. If the players paid for the cars (or their family did), this would have been over in about 10 minutes and we never even would have heard about it.

Dawg I'm telling you his cousin does have the money to pay for it. It is similar to what Brooklyndee told us last week that quan had receipts and should have been good for a game suspension. It's over now just feel bad that the players even put themselves in that position

You're reaching now. They must have a **** ton of money to have Quan riding around in luxury vehicles on a consistent basis. Luxury vehicles that can go hundreds of dollars per day. Might as well have just bought him a nice car and just make the payments on it instead.

Like others have said, this case would've been handled quickly had Quan and Grace had the available receipts.

Miami's not going to kick off players of their team unless they found reason to. They looked into this for a long time

While it seems likely that the rental business maybe trying to save face, I would have no problem believing that Craig Anderson was actively looking for anything he could find to try to nail these kids. I don't think it's such a huge stretch to think that Anderson may have been trying to endear himself to the NCAA for possible future employment. Anderson's alleged unethical over reaches seem to resemble the tactics used by the NCAA in the Shapiro case. Just saying that there may be more to this than meets the eye.

South Beach Rentals has an incentive to lie to make this seem legit because there's a criminal law in Florida allowing for the prosecution of people who compromise an amateur athlete's eligibility.

I haven't studied that law and don't know if it would apply to this fact pattern, but I know they have prosecuted scumbags under it.

Doesn't surprise me that you would take the bait.

UM fans are retards always looking for a reason to dump on UM. Now they're going to believe a scumbag who blatantly interfered with the eligibility of college athletes. A big no no.

They're ready to believe the guy who said initially that he didn't know any UM players. Then, he said he's known Grace forever. POS

Ok so AQM, Grace, and Young family got about 30K worth of money lying around for exotic rental cars?
Suckers actually believing a kid from poor inner city Miami is loaded enough to waste thousands of dollars on exotic car rentals. Sad suckers.

LOL. These simps will believe anything. Smart guys like you dig beneath the surface. Why exactly would Young say they needed to pay the rental agency back if they had already paid?

Also, why would Young admit that he wasn't forthcoming with UM? What would he lie about if they paid for everything and had receipts?

Now I just hope this goes away. May cause more trouble if there's more digging. We can't afford to lose Coley.

Yup, That and every D1 program in the country has them off limits especially rosters with Miami kids.
