Halls chophouse and Burwells are making a run at Oak these days. Choices for good steak is a good thing.

I can confirm this. Can’t use regular charcoal in them, gotta buy the lump. Great for searing but also smoke a **** of a brisket

Agree about lump over regular charcoal but an offset smoker cleanly burning seasoned wood is the correct way to smoke a brisket.

You can pick the cuts you want and when the whole cow is sold, they ship it. The cows are from some great farms around the US. All dry aged for you. They also just started offering Wagyu

I know it’s hard to believe. Penn Dutch in Margate is running a sale.

It’s a few miles south of us. I think there’s another one in south Broward like Pembroke Pines or Hollywood.

Brock thinks The Sizzler is a great steak house. Lol. The only spot where u ask for a medium steak and they cook is well done, cook to order.

I’m a Omaha steaks and Kansas City steaks guy myself. Get online shipments by the case load monthly. I’ll check this out though too.

Penn Dutch is only good for seafood imo. Quality seafood for a good price.
 
You order a steak well done at Morton’s and the waiter will slap you across the back or your head with his order book trying to knock some **** sense into you...🤦‍♂️

Have you all ever done a colon cleanse of any kind , something to consider.

Not making fun but good Lord the amount of carney wow pretty impressive.

Best steak comes from a cast iron..don’t let anyone persuade u otherwise
