If you were a receiver you would get tired of running open and the ball going 8 feet over your head. They not giving the same effort for sure. I can't say I can blame them.

Hence the name Loose Cannon...but @Loose Cannon told me that our RBs are trash and that is why Rosier struggle so much.
Yeah like Clinton Portias never fumbled 3 times in one game.Nope. They aren’t Miami caliber. Both will disappear after they leave here. Deejay with 2 fumbles last game really helped.
In all our losses the run game struggled in one way or another. Either effectiveness or fumbles(last week). Duke the run game was solid. But TOS Killed us. Virginia we couldn’t run. Boston college couldn’t. And LSU we didn’tSo, the defense AND run game are legit?
There goes the theory that running the ball well and playing good defense are the keys to winning games.
Portis was twice the RB than them...Yeah like Clinton Portias never fumbled 3 times in one game.
My numbers may be slightly off but here is what I got comparing Dallas and Homer to D. Harris and N. Harris of Alabama. I didn't count carries of 0-3 yards that resulted in a TD.They do. We are either boom or bust in the running game. We haven’t been able to consistently get 5-6 yards a carry when we need to.
There's not much to be happy about right now, but I don't think enough attention is being paid to our RB duo. They are championship-caliber talents with big-play ability and toughness.
I compared them to the best three duos in the nation, and they are right there. It is even more impressive when you consider the massive differences in terms of OL quality and passing game support:
Najee Harris/Damien Harris (Alabama)- 1,114 yards, 6.5 ypc
Elijah Holyfield/DeAndre Swift (Georgia)- 1,296 yards, 6.4 ypc
Travis Homer/DeeJay Dallas (Miami)- 1,249 yards, 5.9 ypc
J.K. Dobbins/Mike Weber (OSU)- 1,291 yards, 5.2 ypc
Imagine what these guys could do in an effective offense.

Imagining those guys in a Briles offense makes me ill. We’d have two 1200 yard backs in that offense.
Exactly let some of these negative nancys tell it the whole team sucks!! We are an oline and Qb away from the CFP. Oh and Punter too
A good run game is a consistent run game, and I just don't see it.
