Forget NASCAR today at Daytona is the Rolex 24 hour sports car endurance race. Too bad it's going to drop into the 20's this am .. normally there are fans in the stands at night and in the pits as well. The temperature is certainly going to thin the crowd. I've gone to the Rolex 24 practice sessions a few times .. it's amazing when the Ferraris are running in a pack ..the roar of their engines is sweet .. and the road racing circuit has some nasty 180 degree turns so there is braking, turns, acceleration .. actual racing. The prototypes though are the ones that generally place first in this race .. due to their aerodynamics .. body construction (carbon fiber) and weight / hp ratio. The DPI Acura prototype will most likely place 1st overall. But what a cool race with .. real cars .. and an actual road racing track.
Haven’t been to Daytona in over 40 years. Haven’t watched a race in 10 and Live 10 miles from the Bristol track.

You wouldn't recognize the Daytona track .. or the neighborhood. Right across the street a complex has been built that includes a Pro Bass store, and a bunch of upscale restaurants.

Bro you literally used the Bulls and the Celtics as examples to justify Lebrons big 3. Ofcourse how the teams came together is important. If you saying Cleveland is the looser franchise you do know he returned and won a ring RIGHT? Bulls were a horrible expansion franchise when Jordan got there. He never left he grew as a player and waited for talent to finally got better and won.
The Cavs were 33-49 the year before LeBron came back and then were in the Finals with LeBron just a year later and winning 2 games against a 67 win Warriors team.

He also went to a 37-45 Lakers team and won a title with them the following year.

It's cool that Jordan had to wait around for the Bulls to build up talent to the point where it was an ECF team when he retired, but LeBron apparently didn't need that to happen to win titles.

So Lebron is the only player they added to the roster? They didn’t add any other players or an All Star Power forward? l Then they go and let him be GM , signing god awful deals to make him happy then he leaves again. Leaving them stuck. Goes to LA and is doing the exact same thing. If you’re a Lakers fan good luck with a future if bad contracts and no draft picks once he leaves lol.

Bro what? I'm tripping LeBron didn't bring in any talent with Cavs or Lakers when he won those championships it was rhe same roster as thr previous year right? No superstars just him and bums. You got it.

It's funny how in the NBA today, you have so many foreign players thriving, but in the 80s and 90s the foreign players all struggled to adjust to the physicality of the NBA. The league has gotten so soft to where it's more inline with overseas play.
The Dream Team changed everything. That was the biggest catalyst of the game going along with hip hop.

how good would lebron be if the refs actually still called traveling?
Are they travels or is Lebron being aware of the NBA gather rule and uses it? There are some travels like the time he took like 4 steps at half court before his dribble but most are the gather rule.
