Part of me sees this but the other part says he’s not a QB coach and we have our WRs coach, so that makes it more complicated. And if him why wait a month to add him? He’s just been sitting out there.

I like alot of those names. Any reason we would be waiting for them though For example any of them still have a bowl game coming out or contract buyout reduction soon? If it was one of those guys whats the wait?

Very interesting, I think Spavital position at Texas State is not very solid. I read his name in a couple of "Who's on the hot seat" articles this year.

I also think we should look at the salaries: IMHO it's impossible for someone to get a position demotion (especially from HC to OC) without a better salary. For example:
- Spavital makes 800k
- Montgomery makes 1.6 million
- Loeffler makes circa 500k
