How is it that Wisconsins Oline ALWAYS has hogs. They all look bigger than Donaldson and they all look like they move better than him. I know their playing a G5 team but dam.

OLines are just what they do. Just like how South Fl produces speed and athleticism. That’s there formula and will never stop stocking the NFL w/ Lineman. They’ve had their share of good skill players too.

Prolly the same reason Miami consistently gets more good Tight Ends than most schools. When a school has a reputation for producing successful units at a position, it helps in recruiting that position. The gift that keeps on giving.

I would say it has more to do with developing than recruiting. They have landed six 4 or 5* players in the last
ten years. Georgia for example has eight in two years.

They signed a 5 star ot and a 4 star ot last year. Has a top 10 tackle commited in this class and another 4 star.

That's an anomaly. Most linemen they recruited in the last 5-6 years were 3 star and between 6-4 and 6-7, some even TEs and Dlinemen coming in. They recruit a type and they develop the heck out of them.
