Unfortunately Run Stuffing LBs don't have much of a place in the NFL. If you can't play in coverage then you won't get drafted untill 6th or 7th Round

If they can’t cover tight ends or running backs in college they are looking at playing special teams and backup inside linebacker in a 3-4 in the NFL. A MLB or OLB who can’t cover and isn’t a truly dynamic pass rusher is worthless in today’s NFL.

This sucks. At least it confirms the thought from a lot of posters the linebacking crew is getting faster going forward.

I root for our young men but I cannot say this news is surprising. VA Tech, among others, killed us with the TE due to those coverage deficiencies.
