Please, as a season ticket holder last year, I can attest that when we weren't able to make it to a game, or couldn't use all of our seats, we often couldn't even find someone to take the tickets for free, much less sell them. 4 packs of single game tickets were plentifully available for $20 on the resale sites. It wasn't even worth the transactional costs to try to sell them.

So, go ahead and spend a few grand on season tickets when you could spend a fraction of that and probably get better seats on the open market during the season.

Anyone coming on this thread and thumbing their noses at those who don't want to support this circus of ineptitude is literally throwing money away just to somehow "prove" that they are a "better person" than those who aren't renewing their tickets and continuing their donations.

In plain and simple economic terms, buying UM football season tickets at this point in time = paying good money for something of no actual value.

All I said was I'm renewing because I like my seats and the friends that I sit with and have had them for more than 20 years. I'm fortunate enough that the cost of the tickets don't affect me. The reality is the only one thumbing their nose at anyone was you. Remember the neme of the dudes shoveling cash into a furnace?

Get your story straight before you come on here preaching at anyone.

my point is, the bottom line for the school is the big money donors. the people that sit in those champions club seats are the ones that matter the most. the moment the golden canes stop donating is when the school will feel it

Please. Miami won't be great again until they change their approach. Nobody is missing out on any national championship parades as long as Blake is in charge.

Dude, I don't engage in arguments on here. I'm not preaching any more than you are. If you like your seats, you can keep your seats. Bragging about that in response to a thread that says that buying season tickets will only continue to enable the existing feckless status quo is absolutely preaching and thumbing your nose. You had the option of disregarding the thread and continuing on your way without coming in to post that you are buying season tickets anyway. All I've pointed out is that you can still go to games and sit with whoever you want for far less money without contributing directly to the job security of Blake James and the others who have debilitated this program. If that doesn't matter to you, fine, waste your money and enjoy yourself. That's, of course, your prerogative. But don't act like you're not saying things that you are. Or, you know, just ignore the thread.

Yea, let’s go back to having recruits clown us for our ****** crowds. I really missed those days. Manny’s on the field performance next year will determine his future. Not bull**** like this.

The thread was about season tickets. I responded that I renewed mine without judging anyone. You felt the need to respond to my post with your opinion about what I was doing and now call it "bragging" for some reason.

Actually, the check they get every time Clemson makes the CFP matters most. 2nd most is now the ACC Network.
