You could water down some simple syrup and drip it on the floor by the trash can for that shoe sticking to the floor experience.

Then tape off a winding path from the kitchen through the living room, back into the kitchen, the to the bathroom for the true unidirectional experience.

I don’t know how people find things like Swedish meatballs or Salisbury steaks palatable.
