Schiano will be the next HC at Miami - IMO

Tubs is a name that should be getting more discussed about. Could legitimately, absolutely happen. B.O.T members still really like him.

Tuberville, Schiano, Davis. Its a travesty that we more than likely can have a pick of the 3 and we persist with El Foldo. Most spineless admin in big time CFB.

I honestly don't think they're spineless! Just really f#cking stupid & don't really care one way or another!

Are you posting this from a time machine that took you back about a decade?

A few months ago listening to sports radio I heard that people around NFC south were happy schiano was gone.

They seemed to think he had that franchise headed in the right direction and was one helluva coach. Highly respected .

They are spineless. Allowing a snake like Golden to stick around after a 6-7 record in year 4. Spineless, he is two years passed when he should have been fired.

lol. Im just saying; Frink has made it known he wont be involved in the coaching search. this will be a B.O.T & James procedure. Both parties want someone with Miami ties.

I put nothing past our BoT but in relation to Tuberville:

a) he's like 25 yrs removed from any connection to UM
b) he already makes the same as Golden now at Cincy
c) he hasn't had a season with less than 4 losses in like a decade.

I actually thought he was way older than he is (60) so I was wrong on thinking that'd be a disqualier. I still don't want him and doubt we'd even consider giving him $3 mil per to come here as a raise over what freakin' Cincy is paying would be required.

Greg Schiano had some of his players almost die by MRSA on his watch while at Tampa Bay and then lied to try and cover it up. That doesn't exactly bode well for recruiting. He will not get the job.

Schiano, Chud, or Cristobal will be our next head coach.

The same geniuses who hired Coker, Shannon, and Golden will most likely fail for the fourth time in a row.

**** Mario, chud or schiano.

You guys keep boxing yourselves in to a Miami guy we are never gonna get out of the position we are in.

That being said mario will most likely be the next HC.

Schiano's records at Rutgers:

2001 2-9
2002 1-11
2003 5-7
2004 4-7
2005 7-5
2006 11-2
2007 8-5
2008 8-5
2009 9-4
2010 4-8
2011 9-4
Overall 68-67

The sad thing is I can already envision the freakin' Cristobal announcement press conference at Hecht. Makes me wanna puke even thinking of the empty words that'll be spewing and how the faithful will lap up the nonsense of a hometown boy. Will make Alfredo's BS Fest look tame because Luigi will also add Canes name dropping and past successes to his crap.

Do not. I repeat. Do not bring that neanderthal anywhere near this progrum.

Dan Mullen and Mark Stoops would be good hires, but neither is leaving their gig to come to Miami.

Pep Hamilton or Chud would do great as HC and play caller for us, if they wanted to come back to college. I'd, at least, kick their tires.

I think Schiano will get a look, but how serious that look is depends on how the season goes for Memphis and the offense at Alabama. If Kiffin works another episode of QB whisperer, he's going to be in the mix. And if Memphis has another 10+ win season and AAC title, Fuente might be at the top of the list.

Question for Fuente will be does he want the Illinois job, more?

Believe it or not, the next HC we get will have to WANT to live in South Florida. And that life ain't fo everybody, no matter how great some of yall think it is. I worked for a company that couldn't get anybody to take the job down there because they couldn't get with the culture. That's important. It's not just about wins ... It's about where they want their family to be.

That's partially why I doubt Mullen or Stoops would leave their current gigs.
