5’11 180lbs 4-star Safety out of Rockledge, goes to 5A school Rockledge HS
Had a good Sophomore season with 35tcks 6PBU’s & 3INT’s
Started out as a RB but then converted to DB, plays both Boundary Corner & Free Safety, could also play Rover & STAR//Hybrid at the next level. Does a good job reading his keys & has good Ballhawking ability patrolling the Centerfield. Shows good functional athleticism & smooth consistent footwork with his background as a RB. Has good on ball coverage & plays with good eye discipline & hands with physicality in Press.
Speed was seen as an early question mark, he was clocked at a 4.65 back in January, but in the most recent Rivals camp won the fastest man award & on tape looks quicker than purely straight line fast, so he has enough functionally to be solid in the backfield Secondary.
Was originally offered by Miami back in April & visited shortly thereafter. He’s had recent visits to UF, Oklahoma & Bama & is being heavily pursued by the likes of Oh ST, Mich ST, UGA, Oregon & several others.
Miami made his top 12, we’ll see how high on the priority list he’s placed for the 2024 class.
