S&C yielding early returns

I'm not very interested in body building....more interested in strength gains....

Does a new strength and conditioning coach make that much difference in a month or two?
Or a we getting the off season hype we always get only to go back to moping during the season.

I don't know the different qualifications of the current s&c coach or the past ones but the difference can't be that much.

It's definitely more than the S&C itself for these legit results coming so early. The nutrition, recovery, and overall programming of the workouts all have to be on point and the early indicators are pointing in that direction. We'll have to wait and see if it translates to the field or not.

Don't get too excited. Our LB issues were more between the ears and instinctual than they were S&C.
But yes, it is cool to see these kids fill out each offseason. My favorite I think was Zion Nelson's last off season.

Respectfully, FOH. Lol. Those mofos were being dragged & bouncing off of ppl like ping pongs. U can sleep at night telling urself that, but that ain’t true. We definitely had a S&C problem.

Our linebacker problems were more scheme and coaching (Diaz and Patke). Let's see what real pros can with the room.
