You're somewhat right but Lil Nicky isn't the best example. He's a West Virginia simpleton hilljack and would probably admit as much. I'm surprised he ever took the Dolphins job as his piece of work wife isn't much different.

As for Kelly, he's at the opposite end of the spectrum and is New England weird and possibly a bit "eccentric". Soooo maybe locale actually will play a role with him too.

Everything about the CK to UF rumors have been anything but secret. Except the actual signing of the contract, that is super secret. Also, they are going to wait to announce it cuz it’s not like naming him head coach officially ASAP would help recruiting or anything like that.

There’s absolutely no reason to build buzz when playing a major rival in a game you’ll surely have recruits at.
 
Jagr is now saying that he "got the dates mixed up". UF will announce NEXT week, after Thanksgiving.

Jagr says that the "Gators did not want to overshadow the upcoming Holiday, and will wait until after Thanksgiving so that the country can give this hallowed Holiday the respect that it deserves........."

Kelly’s Agent wouldn’t let his guy sign knowing the UCLA job was opening up.
 
Jagr now saying "January 2018". "After the New Year so as to not distract Bowl preparations." [I did not think that they were going to a Bowl, but Jagr says "his team will go".]

Do these entities not realize that Jagr, our very own hockey-gnome, has GUARANTEED Chip Kelly to UF. "I saw the contract"... he said!!!

Boy.........ESPN is going to look real foolish when 'Jagr the Hockey Gnome' is proven correct. [By the way, Jagr says that his source is airtight. Jagr says that his sources is some fellow called Danny-Boy_Cane. 'Danny Boy' is a big booster and is Richt's best friend!!!!]

Because ESPN passed on a sequel to "The Decision" when they found out it was about Chip Kelly and not Tebow coming out of the closet.

Eric Lindros over on the FIU board is betting his screen name and a $50 gift card to Sedano's that Chip has already agreed in principle to take the Oregon State job. Something about the son of a Beaver booster tweeting that it was a "done deal" and Kelly rekindling some relationship with someone named "Pat" in the Portland area.

Recent gnome sighting.......... Really sad........... Jagr is currently standing on the Key's 3-mile Bridge yelling: "Why? Why? Why? Danny Boy guaranteed it to me. Danny guaranteed it to me.............."

Seems that Jagr is a closet Gator, and he was certain that such a signing would elevate UF over the U.

Police are trying to talk him down from the bridge. We probably will not hear from him for a while........

You're not better than Gnome, if you say ESPN and LA Times are going with Kelly to UCLA and not provide a link or credible sources.

Clark Gillies has "learned" from Ed Hospodar that Chip Kelly is taking over Rutgers, with the stipulation that he gets to live outside of NJ. Confirmation video of the leak:
