There is this guy who first reported the gators would be getting Randy Shannon typed this in his twitter...

Just got good word that 4-star RB Jordan Scarlett will be making #Gator fans happy the weekend of the 23rd. Stay tuned.


Let's not forget it was Jordan Scarlett who reached out to UF in the first place, truth is he's been wanting to get out.. Even if UM is a better fit, those St Thomas kids are winners and a losing season impacted him severely.. Even at the last chance, Golden blew the bowl game, He's on his way out and all we can do is collect pieces and carry on... hope for better days along with that

I don't why miami has him visiting on the 16th when we should be his last visit...

Wait until signing day. Miami still has a chance to keep him
 
You do understand Al Golden has a horrific history of botching commits? there's word on how local coaches dont trust him, Mike Rumph said he isnt sending kids Miami's way until their coaching is fixed, We ARE going to lose Scarlett, Dexter, Cronkite, and possibly walton along the way... it may be a good thing though, it may be the final nail in Gorlden's coffin

Wait to see how things transpire over the next few weeks. I don't want to count miami out yet since we still have coley, ice and beard on the staff is close to him. Hoping for the best in this one.

Not true just a dumb rumor

And Golden will not be fired by losing recruits
 
i suppose youre right, if he can be the first and only coach to lead a college team that has 3+ NFL prospects to a losing record, then i doubt anything at all can get him canned..

You can thank Duke's Mother for this if it happens. IF she privately reached out to UM/Golden after her remarks why didn't she make some sort of statement in the media?

Damm if he want out so bad what is he waiting on? He needs to hurry up and make it official. You say he wants to win but Florida hasn't been winning alot of games lately neather plus there o line is garbage and there new coach hasn't proved to be a winner yet so is the grass really greener at UF? I went of fla and fla state boards and nobody's talking about jordan Scarlett. And what's up with him and same bruce calling the UF coaches begging for an offer.

Yea, thats atrange because no one has re-tweeted that or nothing... just Gator fans tryin to throw feelers out there... recruting rumors are the worse
