Maybe you know better than me, but when he has to pay up to his investors, where’s he getting that $$$ from?
Maybe you would be better off NOT ASKNG QUESTIONS, but doing actual research instead.
Who are his "investors"? You realize he did a SPAC, right? And while he owes some people, you would need to look into whether those debts are payable in stock or in cash.
Look, this isn't a new or unique story. Do you want to hear a story about a South Florida company that sold itself (for stock) to another South Florida company, and then the "value" of what was paid was soon MUCH LESS than what it was on the day that the deal closed?
Oh, and the South Florida businessman who ran the company that made the purchase in stock (that declined by over 65% within 3 years) is a legendary South Florida guy. You've probably never heard of him, he's dead now. He's some guy who used to own the Dolphins and the Marlins and the Panthers. I can't remember his name...
