Coral Gables High is not on a big piece on land. It's a thin vertical strip that would make a 50k stadium impossible unless Ruiz bought up the buildings across the street on San Lorenzo ave. He should go after Riviera Country Club land!! Enough land for a stadium, tailgates, parking, and closer to campus. Just please add a canopy!!!

Lots of billionaires out there have been exposed as scam artists. I don't think Ruiz is running game, but when a guy is desperately trying to buy his way in, and do big ticket items immediately, it does raise red flags.

That said, I also think that this is playing to the crowd and setting people up for a tremendous fall. If it happens, then great. But set realistic expectations.
