He has that type of old school style bruh....dude got Geico caveman strength
Something I noticed during the off-season but he had some insane strength increases when he started working with Feld

He didn’t suddenly get stronger. What that told me was he had likely never really focused on the weight room (super common with south Florida guys over the years)

So starting to unlock that in him is gonna turn this kid into an absolute monster (even though he already is)

Yup and now we see his true strength. I think of Reggie white cause of the club he does and his heavy hands. During one of the games earlier in the year that's who I thought of Reggie. But I'm like that's a HOF player let me chill lol. He does have that style and his lower half (pause) is so strong when he's off balance for others they would tip over.....this dude can be on one leg with a OL on him and he's bending while creating force and staying on his feet. He has so many moves but they are done with violence talent and pure effort. Last player with that much talent that I seen put so much effort was Sean. Dude looks like he playing his last play.

I love that Mario didn’t even do the BS coach speak with regards to Bain like ”we are bringing him along slowly” or “he’s only __ months removed from his senior prom”. From day 1 when asked about Bain, Mario has smiled and said he is really, really good. Just like with Cici. It’s refreshing to hear a coach give honest praise for a player regardless of age without pretending like he can’t praise him or maybe the player won’t work as hard. This probably also is because Bain and Francis are 2 of the hardest workers on the team and that would be true regardless of whether they were starting or on 3rd string.

Some people do not need to be externally motivated.

I’m with you 100%

Like obviously not comparing him to the greatest DE to ever live but he’s got that hand/arm strength that is wild. You can see it already

I thought he reminded me Nick Bosa in high school but I was off on that. Bosa has elite hands (pause) and leverage but I think Bain looks better at this stage of their career because of how strong and stout he is. When that grown man strength kicks in he’s gonna be unstoppable

The only thing I would say is if he had long arms bruh he would be the first 6 star.

He'll be one of those players that never "fits the mold" of a prototypical player at his position but will always just produce based on hard work and instincts. Will have a long and high level career.
Steel Marshmellow

No definition but will throw you through a wall.

It’s pretty amazing how many snaps he’s playing at a true frosh

Usually those guys are good for a few splash plays but the physical nature of the trenches wears them down. He’s not having that issue at all

Wild
Dude would of played at bama 100% I don't care who's there he would of seen some snaps. That's the crazy part he's not wearing down cause his style. If he was like a speed rusher and not getting to the passer you can understand they mope quit and don't like the OL being physical. Not Bain.....he wants to destroy everything in his site.

Like slightly taller Dwight Freeney… just breaking the “mold of the prototypical player”

that is a clemson OL guy not a g5 lineman. he bullied him.
Richt and Mario both said we didnt have enough kids to play with the top tier schools. You are now starting to see we have more and more
of those guys popping.

Blake Miller, Freshmens AA last year.

Bain is just one of those guys. That’s what a UM DL should play like in crunch time.
