Richt message to N'Kosi after the Orange Bowl

Watch our receivers body language (sans honey nut) as passes are thrown over, behind, short, late, to the other team all throughout the season. At first, I thought it was just AR whining. As the season wore on, you could really begin to see the frustration.

This will tell you all you need to know.

Malik, thank you for the wonderful season. My best educated guess is that it will be your last as a starter at UM. No prediction on who it will be.

Did you guys see N'Kosi during the ACC Champ game and all year for that matter? Standing right next to Brother CMR, paying attention, and listening to each call on the headset. Kid looks like a student of the game and will do great things for the U!

I understood AR's frustrations and disregarded the "be a better teammate" bs. There are no teams where some team members do express their discontent openly. That's that old Knute Rockie bs they fall for.

I actually texted that to a few people, I love it. And it's a great sign.

I thought they held in as good as you'd expect, Terrell Owens or Steve smith would've ripped his head clean off by mid season.

He should have played this year when Rozier wasnt hitting targets. Red shirting him is no good. If he is as good as everyone thinks he wont be here more than 3 years anyways.

What? Your post doesn't make sense? Not sure if you're trolling or serious lol.

Sure it does. You just have to understand the mindset of the N'Kosi Perry fanboys. They saw him throw the football a few times on Green Tree in shorts and a t-shirt, and that was enough for them to throw our best season in 14 years into the ******* just to give "their guy" some game experience.

this season is a success so far in that it showcased our potential. However, we cannot expect to get back to where we want with Rosier at QB. He is limited and those limitations are debilitating to our offense.

I would have had no problem with getting N'kosi and Cade reps this year just to get them experience. I subscribe to the sink or swim theory. Rosier and Sheriffs are nothing more than examples of bad recruiting. Clemson showed all of us what a quality power 5 QB should look like, Rosier is not that!

"It's all yours now" Lol

I hope it's before the Orange bowl.

It's a lead pipe cinch that within 5 minutes of N'Kosi's first start the cries from the game day thread to bench him and put Rosier back in will be deafening. The howls will be...I told you so!...Richt doesn't know how to coach QB's!...It's the game plan, not N'Kosi! Anybody can see that Rosier is better than N'Kosi! N'Kosi should transfer! N'Kosi cost us the game! N'Kosi missed 35 wide open receivers! Blah! Blah! Blah!

Rosier is a seasoned veteran and calling for him to be thrown on the trash heap before seeing N'Kosi play even one down would be hilarious if those promoting this insanity were not serious.

PS: And one of my favorites...Where are you ****holes that were telling us how great N'Kosi is???

Who can't hit the side of a barn and has cost us 2 games, made several unnecessarily nail biting close.
Slurpers missed that on whatever planet they're transmitting from.

If not Perry, then Weldon, DJ or anyone who can throw a freaking football, the one thing Rosier can't do.

Rosier might have sucked out there but that kid is all heart and the team is behind him 100

so stop your bull****

No one is behind him. His accuracy sucks the life out of our team. No one can get behind the person who is the reason for most of our offensive problems. No one can take him seriously as a leader when all he does is miss throws and hasn't shown much ability to play at least consistently at a power 5 level.
Well we don't have any fullbacks or Tends so that also plays a part.. You can't just give a qb 4 wrs and tell him to air it out when that's not his style... Rosier isn't ******* Tom Brady

What you just mentioned is 90 percent of high school and college offenses. If he cant air it out woth 4 wide, he aint good

Isn't that what he's required to do since he's one of the guys sending in the signals? What you noticed is definitely not a bad thing but I think he would have been connected to coach Richt at the hip regardless.

You know who else wouldn’t be able to hit the broadside of a barn playing behind this year’s offensive line…Baker Mayfield!

When you had opposing defensive coordinators going into games knowing that the Canes had no running game and basically all of the attention could be focused on the passing game, then even a great QB will be made to look pedestrian.

The offensive line should have been issued red capes and taught the word Ol as the hurries, sacks and over all pocket disruption that took place whenever Rosier attempted any type of pass was astounding. The extraordinary amount of tipped balls was due to offensive linemen being folded back into Rosier’s face, and line of sight.

Fix the offensive line and suddenly Rosier will become a very good quarterback.

What so-called “fans” should be saying is; “Rosier took a team that should have won only 6 or 7 games and through his leadership they performed beyond most anyone’s “honest” expectations. When games were on the line he was a steely eyed missile man, which gave confidence and inspiration to the offense and defense.”

And, oh by the way, Malik Rosier led the Canes to a 10 & 2 record and a major bowl, which has not happened for approximately 15 years.
