Richt bringing helmet stickers?

Is this an early sign of some of the reasons why the GA AD started reducing Richts power.... Things that make you say hmm???

Also...No, I bust my *** in worse weather conditions and circumstances than the Greentree practice field, and I don't get a sticker or find the idea of obtaining one a good idea. Kids need incentives for performing well...Adults understand that the only incentive they need for performing well is the money they make off the work they put in.

Don't matter if they like it or not...it's unnecessary and ruins a perfect trademark/tradition of the program. We ain't use it in our championship teams, I don't know of any high school teams in south florida that does it...why start this tradition (that Richt got from FSU on top of that). We don't copy FSU, they copy us.

U sound like a female. Who gives a ****? Youre not out there committing to Miami or busting your *** during practice in the heat. Once again, if the kids like it, thats all that matters. Not some opinion of an armchair QB. Stickers or not, it will always be recognized as the U! You probably think we dont need an IPF because we didnt have one during the championship years. **** changes...

Whatever Dude! I don't like the kiddy sticker thing. You would think that a reward banquet would have been a more appropriate idea to reward the outstanding players for their efforts during Spring Camp. But I guess grown *** kids still need stickers. Sh*** if a sticker is a motivator then I hope they have one for Bone Head plays ie Offsides, fumble, ints, holding, delay of game, blown coverage, miss tackles, miss block, loafing, bad game planning (coaches should put this sticker on their hats)

Actually, I bet Bone Head Play stickers would be a great motivator. I'd bet you get more production.. Highlight the Bad with the Good.

Yep. You made no attempt at comparing what I said to the IPF doesn't win championships crowd.
 
I am torn on the issue, but I will say this. It shows the players that the coaches are paying attention to their efforts, both good and bad. Kids like to have bragging rights, and if this makes them work harder, so be it.
 
High school program thinking? lol What? OSU, FSU Georgia all high school programs? Lol Programs with helmet stickers have won a couple nat titles recently..

I love Coach Richt like a brother, but the helmet sticker idea might turn me on him faster than beat writers steal Pete's scoops. We have the cleanest helmets in the game. Don't fck them up, Coach Richt.

These same "grown *** men" obsess about new uniforms, helmet colors, jersey colors, shoes, etc."
They are kids and if they like it and it creates a mini-competition inside the game then it's worth it.

UGA players said guys loved it and fought to get more.

Incentives work in all facets of life, why would it be any different here?

lol @ this being one of the reasons the AD starting limiting Richt's role.
