Richt bringing helmet stickers?

If you knock someone unconscious you get a sticker. Otherwise don't **** with the helmet.

Players at Georgia loved the stickers - bones. Anything that helps motivate, I'm good with it.

Not a fan, never have been. Helmet stickers highlight individual performance in the ultimate team sport.

Stickers should not have to be awarded simply for an individual effort. A player who does his job correctly, helping the team, may be more critical to the big play than the guy who actually makes the play.

Don't they give kids stickers in elementary school? Well, after no bowl win and two wood shed *** whupping, we can reward the kids for showing up to practice...

I could care less about being a pro team. We make the best pro canes anyways. I just wanna be a national championship team. Give me the ibis smoking pipe stickers!!!!

The kids like it so thats all that matters.

Don't matter if they like it or not...it's unnecessary and ruins a perfect trademark/tradition of the program. We ain't use it in our championship teams, I don't know of any high school teams in south florida that does it...why start this tradition (that Richt got from FSU on top of that). We don't copy FSU, they copy us.

It's a team game but players do have individual assignments each play and get graded on that by coaches watching film earning +, -, or 0 for that play. At the end of the film players are given a grade normally a 70 and up is one sticker that week. 80 and up is 2....so on and so forth. Plus if you guys played ball you would probably know there are group goals included as well so if the the team has 200+ yards rushing or had given up zero sacks the o line would get a certain amount of stickers, team goals for defense like rushing allowed or red zone trips.....**** we even used to get roach stickers for crack back blocks for wide receivers. It's not all about highlighting individual achievement

I'm torn. I like it but also it's hard to give up the helmet, it's arguably the best helmet in college football. If they do it they better only give them out for exceptional work/plays, better be hard to earn them and not used as participation trophies.

White stickers are for game performance and black stickers are for academic performance IIRC.

When a new coach comes in he tries to put his own stamp on the program. We get that but **** literally Richt??? This is why I say, if you give a person a key to your home, you had better make sure that you like what they like. You may come home from work one day to find that you now own the brightest most fugg up colored house on the block... You'll be parked in the drive way thinking, this B*** Gotta Go, "**** no I don't think this is beautiful, WTF!!!!" (****, I had a flashback)

I don't like it but in reality, let me think about how many ***** I give on the subject relative to all the issues the program has......

no ***** given.

Go with God. Do what you want long as what you want produces wins for a change.

U sound like a female. Who gives a ****? Youre not out there committing to Miami or busting your *** during practice in the heat. Once again, if the kids like it, thats all that matters. Not some opinion of an armchair QB. Stickers or not, it will always be recognized as the U! You probably think we dont need an IPF because we didnt have one during the championship years. **** changes...

You really just tried to compare an IPF to helmet stickers...
