Honestly I give zero ***** what side of the ball the HC specialises in. I don't want my HC calling plays, I want my HC to be the CEO and set the ******* tone.

If he's locked away in the film room all week studying the next opponent he's missing Knucklehead A not pulling his weight and influencing Knucklehead B to follow suit.

At the end of the day the whole 'player lead lockerroom doesn't work until you've brought in and developed multiple classes of winners. Guess what? We're multiple recruiting classes away from even thinking about that scenario - the HC has to be on top of it instead.
😂

Herm Edward's team looks pretty good out at Arizona St. I watched their game against Stanford last week. they are a good looking team.

This is why it is a good idea to interview nfl guys with head coaching experience.

ASU has been a bad program for a while and Herm has done some good things there.

With the right personality and recruiting approach, college is like fish in a barrel for some of these nfl coaches.

22-14, 14-11 in the Pac-12.

I'd wait to see how this year finishes (in an incredibly, laughably weak conference) before crowning Herm Edwards.

absoulutely. there are plenty of qualified coaches to choose from if you actually spend the time and resources to find one. All this nonsense about Mario, Freeze, Urban and Kiffin is just hilarious. anyway, Arizona St is playing at Utah tonight. should be a good game. Both have lost at BYU

Huh?

3 years before Herm: 6-7, 5-7, 7-6
3 years with Herm: 7-6, 8-5, 5-1 so far

No crown necessary, but they are improving.

Todd Graham twice won 10 games with them and playedin five bowls.

Herm Edwards is mediocre as **** as a coach.

And guess what...Rex was more successful as an a NFL HC...
Just saying....
Not saying I want Rex but he has the credibility and credentials.
And you know he will go off on slackers and mopes from the team ie Wiggins, Pope
