Very disappointed with the defense last night. There were quite a few no-shows vs BC.

Everyone on the defense outside of redwine, bandy and Finley didn’t show up. Game would have been different if Jaquan caught that int that miraculously went threw his hands too

Since it’s too depressing to talk about the program, I wanted to spotlight the one guy who showed up yesterday.

We would have gotten beat worse if not for Redwine.

Redwine's flourished at safety. I see him working his way into the late rounds of an NFL draft (hopefully). I think he's been solid ever since being moved to safety from corner. I will definitely miss him when he graduates after the season.

Bandy will be the heart of our defense next year. That kid is all dawg.

He can definitely go 4 or 5 th round. We had a safety go in round 4 a few years ago (Jenkins) and I think redwine career has been better.

IMO Jaquan has taken a step back this year

Lol no he hasnt Jaquan is still always around the play. Dealing with hamstring issues and is still our leading tackler despite missing 2 and a half games

Redwine is clearly a self-motivated guy because he always shows up. He was the only guy who showed up to the Pitt game last year.

I’m just really proud of him for his strength and honesty in trying to warn us early on that most of us won’t last the season.....

Redwine has been on an upward trajectory since he got here. If you think about it, he was one of the least heralded recruits we stole last min from Louisville (iirc)...

Every year he has gotten better. He makes authoritative tackles and plays with great swag. He's playing his way onto a Sunday roster for sure.

Young man is on his way to making a nice living playing ball at the next level. I'm proud as **** at his development. He always had heart / passion & brought the wood. Got a little dizzy when he called out the fans, but I am not mad at him. Wish he had eligibility left.

Huge moment in the game, & we let it literally slip through our fingers. That being said Mork would've lead us on another 3 & out most likely to follow it up.
