sometimes less is more. When you allegedly have better athletes then most teams you play you should have to do nothing more than getting your best players in space and just execute basic fundamentals like blocking and tackling. IMO

I’m not completely blaming the players, I know plenty of blame lies with Enos. Whether they quit on him after losing faith in his system or just aren’t playing well because of unfamiliarity with his system, or a mix of both is the problem.

Man you keep talking and running your trap, its no bias, coach richt is the last competent headcoach we've had since butch, but all im saying is, dont let this be you tomorrow evening sometime, since you want to bash coach richt on the bowl game lost to a formidable and well run established wisconsin program against a year 2 rebuild, but again, if it happens to get to rough at some point tomorrow,(Jeremiah might save you) cut the t.v. off, dont wait til you get to this point:

A UM player said some of the veterans on the team don’t seem terribly interested or motivated to play this Independence Bowl game And that should be a big concern because Louisiana Tech should be highly motivated. That’s one reason why playing some of the hungry freshmen would seem to be a good idea.

Sounds good man, but when players dont believe in their coaches or schemes, you'll easily get that, only a few guys are going to naturally give their all on pride alone. How many games we lost this year because of coaching, if you saw it, the players definitely see it. Players dont respect coaches who's **** is not working or even showing signs its going to work at some point. When players know the drills and whatever you are teaching them is relevant, itll mean something more to them. When players came to UM, they knew they were stepping into a proven process and proven culture. If the process is proven you dont have to beg players to "trust the process" coaches who say that, normally are just stringing guys along and have no real proof or championship proof wtf they teaching is working. Just coming to UM is not enuff, the culture that needs to be changed is within the coaching staff, coach diaz has an uphill battle, he has proven he can motivate before, the question is, can the guys he hired do the same and get the players to believe in them!

Had coach richt stayed, this offense would've been better and coach richt definitely knows how to get the ball out to the playmakers, he proved that in all 3 years he was here, Ahmon richards freshman all everything, and broke irvins UM record, njoku 1st round pick, herdon 3rd round, coley, berrios, jt4 consistently getting behind defenses, brevin jordan, freshman all everything.

This guy enos already is a fraud, just a good talker to those who cant see thru his bullshat, what he is, is a good qb coach that should never be trusted to call plays, how you gone be an oc(=obvious ****, whatever that means, i heard it said about somebody before, just felt appropriate) doesnt let his qb's audible, GTFOH! What this tell us is those who were calling for coach richt's head, STFU, and enjoy your new oc, you asked for em.

Another man that knows his football, we got alot of sideneck circus clowns in here that keep spewing nonsense about the man as if he doesnt know how to build to a championship level. All flake james dumb *** had to was sit back STFU like he did when the penn disgrace morons were here and let coach richt do his thing, but when he tried to act like he had balls and try and give his opinion, coach richt wasnt gone tolerate that ****. The reason coach richt picked Louisianna Tech to win cause he knows exactly the mentality and mindset of alot of the players that are here, as well as the coaches, and i can guarantee you coach richt has been breaking down the flaws and knows that skip has his team better prepared. The only way we win today is on primarily better talent, scheme wise as of right now, we're at a DII level offensively, and preparedness level for certain units.
