He’s done a really nice job with the Rams backs… honestly forgot he had been here before …. Just want someone who’s gonna coach them up properly in all aspects of their game.

Forgot he is with the Rams. He did well coaching here (Walton over 1 k in 2016, Walton was off to a strong start in 2017 before his injury, Homer did solid filling in, and Homer nearly ran for 1 k in 2018). But his recruiting was eh. Harris was solid here, Burns and Lingard were busts.

Would balance Dawson's strength in the passing game and perhaps say something about Marwan's future with the team.

Tim Harris seems like the obvious move. Alumni, elite recruiter end knows all the local coaches. We really shouldn't ever have to leave South Florida for a RB, pretty easy decision for Mario if you ask me.

So one month to decide instead of 3?
