Just because Horton isn't ranked high doesn't mean he sucks. He's also not getting the kinda bump you guys are hoping for.

He's ranked too low on all 4 sites. On3's composite has him as 1003 ranked player and they have him ranked higher than 247 and Rivals.

He would have to move up 53 spots (from 113) in 247's DL position ranking just to match On3's #60 DL ranking. Rivals doesn't even have him ranked at his position.

Even IF he got that kinda bump, it would only move him up to the 600 overall player range.
