Jacurri is not going to portal out because of the portal QB. I believe he waits for his turn. He can be a two year starter after Cam is gone.

So you believe Jacurri Brown is incapable of noticing Cam Ward and Will Howard on campus the last couple weeks?

He knows they are bringing someone, but we want him focused on the task at hand and not who is coming in next year or competing with them. Easier to do that with no portal QB signed and walking your sidelines at practice watching you. Don’t need him trying to prove he is all that in the bowl game and pulling a TVD and completing more passes to the other team. He’s QB1 (right now)

The painstaking truth is that Ward's patient process dovetails with Mario's history of making the fanbase wait lengthy periods of time for big time announcements. Expect to wait longer. If he (or someone else) signs soon, it's a blessing, a Christmas miracle.
