If you love UM, that's the ONLY thing to do. You don't care what color a player or coach is, you just want the best on the field, or walking the sidelines. Man, all most of us see is orange and green.

But it’s “racist” to counteract this by *verbally* calling for the inclusion and representation of THE community that resurrected this football program and brought it to prominence despite its administration. We’ve watched other ethnicities build their own segregated neighborhoods, pool resources, hire their own first, gentrify, redline, and just socially, economically and politically stick together but when a Israelite/“black” man calls for the betterment of the collective, not individuals (not even does it, just calls for it), it’s deemed to be “racist”.

The East Indian, Asian, and Arab immigrant communities own every gas station, grocery, hair, check cashing, fast food, and corner store in the hood and we proudly and openly patronize their businesses and essentially put their children and grandchildren through college while they sell us our vices (needed due to the theft of our true identity). Then at 8pm they pull the steel shutters down and jumped on the nearest freeway entrance to live in the communities we are not accepted. So there is no more tolerant, accepting, welcoming, forgiving, and non-racist community than the black community. These immigrant businesses wouldn’t last a week if they were established where they actual reside.

All of this lack of power, influence, infrastructure, ownership, subsidies, and ethnic unity and y’all are audacious enough to even expect a black man not to *ask* or advocate representation. Everyone is allowed and applauded on being a man except us. Y’all see and acknowledge diversity in personality types with each other but only accept and tolerate ONE kind of black man. He must be docile, palatable, have your same vices, and never ever talk about his people in advocacy of them as a collective. We are only accepted to advance as individuals. Y’all can be alpha or beta male, conservative or liberal and that’s cool. But not Us. Only “cool” black posters here are the ones who see a microaggressive thread like this and steer very clear. We all have to be betas and y’all have a problem with Luke’s audacity to be the alpha that y’all absolutely love in your own race.

I’ll be damned if we don’t own or at the least are “allowed” to have an influence over our own children. Y’all don’t have free reign, it’s time y’all non-racists begin to accept diversity in black men, namely as Alphas.

Apparently, if Luke were the head coach he would only hire black men to be on the staff, so he projecting onto. This Luke is the same guy that threatened to rat out the program if Butch didn't name Collins the starter and called it racism. Manny fired the entire offense yesterday, he took no prisoners. He wants to win and that means he has to hire the best staff.

The Cuban abuela that's racist like that has had more black **** in her than a Kardashian. 99%of Cubans have at least a black cousin. There was more mixing of the races in Cuba. Was Cuba a utopia of race relations? Of course not, there was racism too. That's why one of Castro's pitches during the revolution was that his revolution was for blacks too. Those old Cubans also believe the press in this country is 100% honest so they'll believe some of the negative stereotypes about blacks. Afraid of a young black male, perhaps, but afraid of successful black people is laughable.
 
I also want the best coaches for UM regardless of race, color or creed. Just have an issue with a dude advocating for socioeconomic uniformity, inclusion, and representation of his community being labeled a “racist” when doing so is woven into the very fabric of how and why this nation was established and is currently being acted out...not just spoken about, by every ethnic group in America to the tune of ZERO outrage.

We already know, the "shut up and play" type cracka's are all around and only want to brag and beat their chest when we winning, but this City has always had race problems, and luke aint gone never stop fighting the fight or trying to act like it dont exist. Coach diaz grew up in politics, he may feel like and think he can be successful doing alot of things his own way but the facts are the facts. The turnover chain does get the players and stadium hype, but you cant be the turnover chain guy and than ignore certain coaches from Miami cause now you playing games. Ill say this again, all National championship team staffs had Miami connected coaches on them, you cant play Hurricane football without em. He can bring in whatever offensive staff he wants too, but if them ****'s dont know the lay of the land, cause its already a known fact, coach richt knew how to recruit and was a way better recruiter than coach diaz ever has been.

The real Truth too now, coach richt when he met the with the Mothers they could tell he meant well and was a straight shooter. Coach diaz cant go into homes with the turnover chain behind him cause their are many Mother's who see that change as disrespectful. So coach diaz gone have alot of ground to cover, yeah he was successful here as a d-co, but its going to take more than that to run an overall program. And how many guys want to truly work for him, he has the respect of coach banda and patke for sure, let's see who else. Im not against or for the hire, but i do just like the fact he from here, you cant make this stuff up, we got julio as the school president, and diaz as the headcoach. I was glad tho when julio got the job, cause i knew he had goon in em right off the bat, you cant be the head of nothing Mexico without having goon in you!

That's why people need to wake up and realize that the true systemic prejudice happening is not racial, but economic. The "haves" vs. the "have nots".

It wasn't until Martin Luther King, Jr. started talking about economic injustice and the need to reach out to poor people of all ethnicities, including whites, that the FBI and other government agencies really began to harass him and finally have him killed.

He wouldn't hire an all white staff he ain't crazy he looking out for communities that love him and that he loves. Kids he has watched grow up. He has their best interest some of y'all think being a fan means sending every kid to UM.

If you son was a 4 star and UM didn't want him or think he was talented enough to play there but UF, FSU, and other schools did and he went there you'd root for your kid. They have also sent kids to the league and you are hopeful that your son gets PT and a chance to go and make millions.

He has influence over many families and kids throughout the city. It's superfans that don't realize that relationships are bigger than any team/sport. When you got real love and family you love them regardless of where they go.

Everything you said is true. But this has nothing to do with Manny Diaz. We are talking about a college football team. And hiring a staff that is competent. Uncle Luke is just butthurt that he is a FAN and nothing more. He’s using race to flare up emotions when there’s really no reason for it. Diaz hasn’t done anything for this kind of conversation to be taking place.

Let’s keep this about Football and the Canes
