Pringle is NOT IN THE portal ANYMORE

RBs are the most replaceable position in football in general. Love Pringle and everything he could of brought to The U but I respect his decision. We will be just fine at RB with an offense that will be better next year opening up even more things for the run game.

Put it this way. Bench Fletcher and start Pringle for the entire playoffs run and see the difference. You are not getting the same production.
You guys like to make up ****!

I never said to bench Fletcher or to play Pringle and insane amount of snaps.

I said 5-10 snaps per game in regular and specific packages to include him.

I wouldn't call him a depth piece

But

My point was more towards what is currently out there here at the 11th hour of the portal.
Still plenty of bodies in the portal with speed even juco still has plenty of guys left we can replace him

Only so much you can do with Pringle. Every position requires a set of fundamentals that have to be there in order to play. Pass protection is a fundamental aspect of playing as a running back. You're trying to hide what you're trying to do as much as you can and you don't do that if you desperately try to get the ball to someone who can't play on a regular down.

We've had those exact same conversations with Chris Johnson Jr. It's the same **** topic. He's a role player at SMU with 84 plays from scrimmage. People also got upset when he left...
Pringle showed out and did way more for Miami than Chris Johnson ever did.

The pass protection issues where there even when Pringle was starting.

Ok - you guys win. Good riddance, Pringle!

Congrats. He can stay and develop here, get better and earn the snaps people want him to be gifted.

He's not leaving because he doesn't get designed touches. Someone's tampered with him.

You will get killed for this when you say anything against Fletcher on this board. I tend to agree that our Oline made Fletcher look good. There were some plays that I wished we had an elite runner that would’ve made a house call.
He made a house call in the championship game to keep us in it, what the **** are you yapping about bro? We don’t win ANY games in these playoffs without Fletcher, Pringle was good and would’ve had a big role in the run game next year but yall kill me with this bull**** downplaying Mark Fletcher smfh..

Best of luck to him. We will be fine without Pringle. Still stacked at RB. If we have a need then one thing I know about this coaching staff is they will go all out to bring someone in they can help us. Marty Brown was not on one fan’s radar last year and he came in contributed to our success in 25.

I understand the pass protection thing. There are other ways to get him in the game where he can be on the field at the same time as Fletcher in the passing game and running game.

Instead, we keep pounding with that stupid *** Bauman every ******* play (Pause).

There are ways to be creative in getting this kid 5-10 snaps a game.
He was getting the opportunity until we reached the point where every snap mattered. Even then he got snaps. The guy has a special set of skills, but bashing his way through a defensive line isn't at the top.
