Practice #11?

Does Bishop Gorman specialize in underperformers (compared to their HS hype)? Thinking of Tate, of course, who -- despite his national hype -- has yet to show enough here to take any control in the QB competition, and Jalen Grimble who was a total bust. Sure hope Bolden breaks that mold.

Agree.
Although Jordan is pretty solid so far.
Grimble’s brother has been in the league for a while.
Demarco Murray is another throwback for them.

Brevin Jordan??

Both Bolden and PHillips have to go through the NCAA acclimation period. It was mentioned on one of the other sites that those practices don't have to be field practices. They can be "indoor" type practices. Maybe that's what is up. Or they are still getting all the paperwork, etc cleared.

They have had a few busts like any other program and you can go through any team and look through the history of their programs and not find many standout guys relative to their ranking. We don’t really know what tate can do, he looked good in limited action at osu behind Jt Barrett/haskins who ended up being a first round pick. Tate just happens to be in a QB battle right now.Pretty extreme to throw him in an underachieving category, he’s not competing against scrubs at Miami either
