I looked at this just before the Michigan St game (I knew we'd lose) and noticed a few things.
About half of the guys on Mario's current staff are west coast &/or Pac-12 lifers. Like Yates and Mastro, Wilson and Big Joe. Those guys probably aren't leaving the west coast. Which is fine, because I took it to mean Mario was prioritizing guys familiar with the region and would do the same at Miami.
Mirabal is about as set in stone as it gets. Rod Chance is Oregon's DVD. Dude's bio even points out he's from Ft Lauderdale and went to St Thomas. So you'd think he'd come too, even if its for an off field role.
Special teams/TE coach Bobby Williams was a longtime Saban guy. LSU, Dolphins and Alabama. But Mario got him to come to Oregon. He's a guy Mario seems to trust. Not sure what he'd do about Fields if he brought Williams.
I know a lot of people on here love Likens, but you'd have to think Bryan McClendon would be coming with him. Before going to Oregon, McClendon was an SEC lifer. It makes him a decent fit. And he coached with T-Rob at SC.
So... I could see Mirabel, Field/Willams, McClendon, T-Rob (Mario knows what his value is). DVD and/or Chance would probably get another secondary spot, with the other (or both) going to an off field position.
That leaves a few spots open, including both coordinators.
One name I'm gonna throw out there again... Kevin Patrick?
