Possible oc candidates

Whoever said Joe Moorhead as OC…

You do realize Mario wants to fire him right? Or leave so he doesn’t have to fire him…either way he sucks cojones.

I'm not advocating for it (or coming out against it) but wasn't Helfrich here in some analyst position a few seasons back or just hanging around the program in some manner informally? Or was that just proposed and never materialized?

Was it Richt that brought him? I think he was brought in to observe some practices and let Richt pick his brain, I don't think it was any type of interview for an actual position. At least I don't recall it being reported as such.

Yup I think you're right.

30 y/o Kliff Kingsbury disciple. Currently at WKU. WKU's offense was bottom of the barrel last year. Kittley came in and they're currently No. 2 in total offense. LCE could tell you more.
Im a huge fan of Kittley. Dude would be like a kid in a candy store as the OC here with TVD and the skill position talent we have. We would be dropping 50 burgers on the regular.

Say if we do get a new coach . Who are some oc names we could go after?

One that has been under the radar the last few seasons and was previously head coach at oregon is mark helfrich. He’s only 48 and had great offenses at oregon.

I like Lebby from ole miss but I think He’s going to be a head coach soon honestly
It should start and end with Dan Mullen. The man is an offensive expert. The move benefits TVD as much as anybody else. Also, Manny needs all the help he can get, having a coach on staff that has 10 years of experience as a head coach wouldn't hurt. The DC hire is another spot where Manny needs to hire someone with a proven record of success.

SN: please let Manny get fired. 🙏🏾

Zach Kittley should be the top choice.
Agree.

Graham Harrell is top for me but he’s likely looking for non-P5 HC gig.

I’d also look at perennial board hot take Kendall Briles.

Anthony Tucker from Utah St is an up and coming guy but WR background not QB so I wonder how much he can coach technique.

I’d also take a flier on Dorsey, another board hit take special.

IMO everything depends on who the head guy is. If we pulled a shocker and pulled a guy like lane, then we go with a run centric OC or a successor assuming he jumps.

Dan Enos.

a winning personality - too bad Manny held him back

Great offensive mind but his personnel decisions are as bad as manny’s. The 2 qb system he forces is garbage
Not sure it’s a force or lack of ability to recruit a good one. When you have chicken **** as your two choices, you aren’t making chicken salad out of either one.

I rather get mule kicked in the nuts multiple times a day than have Dan Mullen and his kissing bride anywhere near the program. If that proposition also includes keeping Manny I’d take an additional couple of kicks to the head before tuning into that.

Kyle Trask was a stud. Heisman candidate, that he would repeatedly yank while trask was on a role to put in Emory for designed runs and the occasional pass
