Someone who keeps doing this 30-40 times a game.

Depends on his qb, his offense with Kyle track they threw it alot

Yep. Trask was Top 10 in the country in every category last year, including attempts per game. His handing of 5 and 15 was baffling this year, but I think a lot of that had to do with AR's health. But when he had a legit passer last year, he threw it 35 times a game. Dan can coach offense, for sure.

Completely agree, great offensive mind

Would love to see what Kittley would do with TVD. He has turned WKU into a scoring machine. They've only scored under 40 like 3 times this year and in all of those 3 games they still were north of 30.
Their lowest offensive output was 31 points against Indiana and Sparty. That's more than we scored against MSU. You have my attention.

I think the more important question is what type of head coach do we go after?

You're pretty much deciding whether you want an offensive or defensive oriented HC. If you choose an offensive HC, you can plug just about any young OC I to that job because he's going to be running the HCs offense and the HC might even call the plays.

What you want is a HC who is an elite coach on his side of the ball. Then you hire a seasoned elite coordinator on the the other side of the ball and leave him alone to do his thing. That's the formula. If Diaz was a competent coach and a good DC, we would have had that in him and Lashlee. Instead, he's a 1st time head coach making lots of mistakes and his defense is mediocre at best.
