If I remember correctly, Anez Cooper came in as a defensive tackle and switched quickly to guard. I don’t know of anyone on the squad that I could see making the switch and then being super productive immediately.

Judd to TE, he is not a P4 QB talent all. His height could however lend himself to being a specialist passing down TE with the back pocket ability to throw on a trick play.

McConathy is a good move. TE is the most poorly managed position group on the roster. He'll help out. Judd needs to join him. I like the Lofton to LB idea, though I really prefer him in a swiss army knife roll on offense. Move him and Mali all over the place. Will create uncoverable mismatches.

If we didn't need him at C, SJ to NT could also be a good move. Hetherman's a boss. But I don't understand why he doesn't want an the optionality of having an unmovable object sitting over center sometimes at nose. Not saying that has to be base package. But it's a good look against certain offenses and packages.
