Spinal issues. Was actually a quadriplegic for a few months. Walks with a cane now.

I was there, my buddy worked for WCW and we hung out with the guys at the hotel after the show. My wiseass roommate goes up to Luger and asks him if he was going to stop by UM he told him “**** No!”. I about peed my pants laughing. We were wearing our “NCO” New Canes Order t-shirts too.
