I dont know why yall say that over & over. #1 i dont care who the **** we had with alfraud at the rains. We werent going anywhere close towards really being back. To make it worse all that wouldve done is insure his stay here is longer than it was. #2 sony was coming here until he started taking officials and realized how bad our facilities were... wouldve been great if he was like duke an a cane through and through who realized its about more than facilities. But that wasnt him at all. Our dorms & facilities caused alot of kids to look into other schools. On a side note i did find it funny that a week or so into practice (few weeks back) sony was out here with us and two of his boys at a closed practice. If i remember right he had a particular recruit with him.

Derrick was just a matter of timing and if i remember right bama had some connection to the south miami staff at the time. What wouldve been crazy (for any of my south floridians out here) is a particular linebacker we offered from palmetto back in the day. I was casual friends with this kid & his little brother who used to play at k land & tamiami as jits. Then their mother died and they became homeless. Dont remember all the ins and outs of the time. Long and short is kids name was kevin ferguson... aka ferg BKA KIMBO SLICE

Talk ur **** bout larry but he was a **** of an offensive mind. His problem was forced on us by ourselves. He never wanted to be more than a oc.
 
We were supposed to get Jeff George, who was a great college QB, but a terrible bust in the NFL.

Word around the campfire was he would've come here, but his dad such ridiculously high demands JJ told him to pound sand.

UF shouldn't even have those titles if the NCAA wasn't rigged for the SEC.. I still think USC was the best team that one year and Pete Carroll even said it.
 
We might have won titles with Tebow if Urban Meyer came here with him, but with our staff and team from '06-'09 I seriously doubt we would have contended. Tebow needs a specific style of offense and coaches who know what to do with it.

His dad told us he wanted an entire floor to himself in the dorms.
 
I don’t want anybody we seriously recruited that went somewhere else.
