With Richt calling plays and coaching QBs do we keep Coley for his 'crootin abilities? Not sure if someone like Dorsey would come as OC without being allowed to call plays.

this sucks man cant believe this BS....i want to throw in the towel on UM football so bad right now but my pride wont let me.

another choirboy churchgoing prettyboy hire who struggles to beat good teams and never won anything of value in his life smdh

and spare me his records and 10 win seasons, i dont give a dam. i want to win championships and important games and get back to the top. once again soft *** UM with the safe hire. this guy doesnt fit at Miami anymore than Al did. unfkn beleivable, here we go again another 4-5 year cycle of mediocrity.

If you bring in Richt, you don't need coordinators for recruiting purposes. That's what position coaches are for. Get X's and O's coordinators, and the rest will take care of itself.

Not to mention he just got fired from his last job. He wasnt good enough for Georgia but apparently, he is good enough for us. Keep lowering the bar this is pathetic. We have become the ultimate beta school. Might as well join a mid-major, maybe the MAC, with the way we carry ourselves.

If he likes Coley and wants to keep him around as a position coach I don't see the problem with that. But I don't know if Coley's pride would allow him to do that. Pretty sure Bama or some other SEC team looking to get a foothold down here would hire him at some inflated salary just to get some recruits.
 
With all due respect to Pete, 70XTakeoff from the Georgia Board was the first to report it. Again, he has nailed everything starting with the sacking of Mark Richt to the interview at the Atlanta airport to the wife giving her blessing.

Was on the Butch train, but let go of those dreams once I realized it would never happen. Am happy with this hire, Richt fell into our laps at a convenient time.
