It was shocking with how bad he played today. Garvins effort on a lot of these plays is shocking as well. Both need to hit the bench at this point

I said the same thing when it happened. On the personal foul on Knowles, Manny yelled at him, took him out for a play and then he was back in. And those guys are not good enough to get that kind of treatment.
