I don't care if he's a worse recruiter than Mike Rumph. His offense is a college dream and TVD is a Heisman finalist with him.
Hire some cool position coaches to recruit. Or maybe have Brady slide over a paper with the numbers his guys put up at LSU.

Brady and Ensminger shared play calling duties. If I recall during 2019 title game Herbie said Ens called 1st & 2nd downs while Brady got 3rd downs.

When TVD wins the Heisman, the position will recruit itself. UM, Heisman QBs, with NIL? He can sit on his sofa eating cheetos during recruiting season and high school QBs will be blowing up his phone.
He took that LSU offense to another level. You can only do so much with a bad QB in the NFL.

Let me clarify: Joe Brady would be a home run.
I’m saying he might be more likely to take a college OC job (like ours) than a college HC job because he won’t have to recruit as much.

2.) Are we sure he isn’t a flash in the pan? I was hyped about this idea a couple of days ago but after truly thinking about it...look at the guys he had that 1 year at LSU. Playing devils advocate here but we need a sure thing or as close to it.

Why i said what i said. Maybe hire an uber OC - a graybeard - and let JB learn some more, rehab himself and relaunch his career.

I question his alleged genius. He had best QB and best WRs at LSU.
He didn't call plays at LSU. He was just fired as an offensive play caller. He was like the janitor at New Orleans.
Mario can get a better more experienced OC.

did brady help game plan? sure but that's what an analyst does
he has very limited, and very bad experience when actually calling plays
