Clearwater Beach

Treasure island is much better and right down the road. You can drink on the beach without the beach ****'s harassing you. Lot less crowded too.

St. Augustine is a nice little spot, as is Pensacola and Tampa/St. Pete. Spent New Year's 2016 in Key West. Friend and I rented bikes and rode around the island. Had a really good time.

I like cities where things popping and more diverse. Other than Miami:

1. Tampa
2. Ft. Lauderdale
3. Orlando
4. Jax
5. Daytona when there is something going on.

Too many better locations closer than to drive up to the Redneck Riviera. You can do St. Augustine in 1/2 day. Sarasota and Bradenton are cool but more a place for old white people.
